As someone who was raised in Switzerland, I was instilled with a strong work ethic and

attention to detail from a young age. My parents emphasized the importance of

punctuality and preparation, which has stuck with me throughout my life. Additionally,

my father's constant oversight of construction work on our family home taught me the

value of control and ensuring that everything was done right the first time.

 

My travels with my husband for over 10 years have given me the opportunity to work in

many international cities and adapt to different surroundings. Through this experience, I

have learned to be flexible and improvise when necessary while always striving to be

top-notch in my profession or a group setting. My background in project

management has also been instrumental in helping me implement new and better ways

of doing my job.

 

When my marriage ended, I quickly realized the need to financially support myself and my

daughter. The advantage of being flexible and able to adjust to new situations helped me to

succeed in finding a new job and continuing my journey. I am always planning ahead and

ready to implement new ideas and adjust to new situations, which is why I was not afraid to

leave Switzerland and start a new life in Florida.

 

One of the biggest adjustments I had to make when moving to Florida was reducing my

expectations for high-end quality work. In Switzerland and Europe, buildings are built to

last for generations, but in Florida, I noticed that many construction sites looked more

like they were assembled for 20-30 years. Through careful planning and control, I have

been able to avoid upcoming problems and surprises, although this often comes with

increased costs.

 

As a real estate professional, I take pride in delivering top-notch service that exceeds my

client's expectations whenever possible. I am committed to keeping budgets in balance

while also meeting the needs and wishes of my clients. Whether buying or selling a

home, I ensure that the process is organized and adjusted to fit my client's specific

bullet lists. Overall, my skills in punctuality, preparation, control, flexibility, and planning

have all contributed to my success, both personally and professionally.
